Where to board your cruise
Picton
Guests on the Seafood Odyssea Cruise will dock at Town Wharf 6 at Picton Marina. This is at the east end of the Picton waterfront, near the private vessel marina. There is a carpark nearby.
What to bring on your tour & cruise
Bring your camera, a sunhat and sunscreen, and an extra warm layer, even in summer, in case there is a cooler sea breeze.
Transport to Picton
If you don’t have transport to Picton, consider booking on our full-day Marlborough Icons Tour where you’re collected and taken on a Marlborough wine tour, enjoy a lunch followed by a seafood cruise in Marlborough Sounds.

It is very unlikely you will get seasick – the Marlborough Sounds are very sheltered and although the water may get choppy in a strong winds, there is no ocean swell. Our launches are large and stable.
All Marlborough Tour Company vehicles and cruise vessels are smoke and vape free.
Onboard purchases
The Greenshell Mussel Cruise and Seafood Odyssea Cruise have a licensed bar facility on board which has a good range of Marlborough wines, along with beers, juice and bottled water. You can also purchase a range of light food items including chips and peanuts. EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard can be used onboard.
Our location/getting here
Marlborough is centrally located in New Zealand at the top of the South Island. Marlborough Airport near Blenheim is a short flight from Auckland or Wellington – with a half-hour drive to Picton. Picton is also a three-hour ferry ride from Wellington or you can drive from Nelson (2hrs) or Christchurch (4.5 hours).
